1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your physical goods to notify us of a return. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
- Condition: Items must be returned in "as new" condition—dry, salt-free, and in original packaging with all tags.
- Exclusions: Used wetsuits/swimwear (for hygiene) and time-specific rental bookings at Fishery Creek are non-refundable.
2. Faulty Goods & Short-Term Rejection
In the unlikely event that your gear arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- First 30 Days: If an item is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described, you have a "short-term right to reject" for a full refund.
- After 30 Days: We will facilitate a repair or replacement through the manufacturer.
Note: This does not cover "wear and tear," accidental damage, or damage caused by improper storage/over-inflation.
