📝 Pre-Launch Checklist

To save time on the day and ensure we meet safety requirements, all participants must review and sign our 2026 Safety Waiver before entering the water.

⚓ Harbour Dues & Compliance

All vessels (including SUPs and Kayaks) within Chichester Harbour are subject to statutory harbour dues payable to the Chichester Harbour Conservancy.

Hired Equipment:
Session fees include all harbour dues. Our fleet is fully registered for 2026.
Personal Equipment:
If launching your own gear, you are responsible for ensuring your dues are paid.

🛑 Harbour Safety & Boundaries

To ensure compliance with Chichester Harbour Master regulations, we operate strict boundaries:

Supervised Hire Sessions:
Restricted to the sheltered waters of Fishery Creek only. These sessions are monitored at all times.
Guided Tours & Lessons:
Only professional-led tours and coached lessons are permitted to exit the creek into the wider Harbour.
