By using our site or booking a session at Fishery Creek, you agree to these terms. We aim for 1-2 day dispatch on stock items and utilize trusted partners for specialized tech. We fully uphold UK Consumer Rights for all hardware and apparel.

1. Orders & Availability

1.1 Stock Levels: We carry a wide range of stock on Hayling Island, but some items (including Jobe & specialist SUP boards) are ordered upon request. We will notify you immediately if an item has an extended lead time.

1.2 Pricing: Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant supplier increases or errors, though we will always contact you before processing such an order.

🚚 Shipping & Logistics

• • Standard Dispatch: 1–2 working days for items in our local warehouse.
• • Direct Delivery: Specialist tech like Sea Scooters may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure the latest hardware iterations.
• • Free Shipping: Applies to UK Mainland orders over £99.

2. Rentals & Demo Sessions

2.1 Location: All rentals and demos take place at our Fishery Creek Pop-Up. Bookings are time-specific and punctual arrival is required to work with tidal windows.

2.2 Weather Policy: If we deem conditions unsafe (high winds/lightning), we reserve the right to postpone. We will offer a rebooking or a credit note in these instances.

2.3 Liability: Users partake in activities at their own risk. Buoyancy aids (PFDs) must be worn at all times during rentals.

3. Returns & Warranty

3.1 Returns: 14-day return period for unused physical goods. Items must be dry and free of sand/salt, with the original packaging intact.

3.2 Warranty: We facilitate manufacturer warranties for our key brands. Claims cover manufacturing defects and do not extend to accidental damage or "wear and tear" from commercial use.

4. Marine & Harbour Regulations

4.1 Harbour Dues: All vessels operating within Chichester Harbour are subject to statutory Harbour Dues payable to the Chichester Harbour Conservancy.

• • Hire Equipment: All Hayling Watersports rental equipment includes necessary harbour dues within the session fee.
• • Personal Equipment: Users launching their own equipment are solely responsible for their own Harbour Dues. We accept no liability for enforcement actions resulting from unpaid dues on private gear.

4.2 Operating Boundaries: Supervised hire sessions are strictly limited to Fishery Creek. Crossing into the wider harbour without a guide is a breach of safety terms and may result in immediate session termination without refund.
